Psychotherapy and Biofeedback Services

Nancy McCarel, PhD and her associates are licensed psychologists providing a unique combination of psychotherapy and biofeedback interventions for people seeking to find more peace and balance within themselves. Using a blend of evidence-based psychotherapy techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy, compassion focused therapy, and mindfulness-based methods, we provide clients with a safe space for self-exploration and growth. We are fortunate to be a part of The Integrated Healing Center, in which other practitioners offer services that beautifully complement the psychotherapy/biofeedback work we do
